I worked for Chenoweth Speed and Machine building big block Mopars for about a year and I frequently go in and talk to the guys still. They have a powdercoated Dana 60 rear end housing from a Ford, and a rebuilt sure-grip posi, he said I could have them both for $500 and they'll set it up. What all would be needed to adapt this to my '93 Z28? Just weld on torque arm mount and LCA mounts? What about spring mounts? And what would I do for axles? I'm assuming I could just get a driveshaft made or have mine modified?
They would do all the welding, which I doubt they would even charge me for, what would I need to do as far as the mounts, just fabricate them myself? Any help is appreciated, if it's way too much work for what it's worth I'll just forget about it, but it would be nice to have that sitting in back instead of a 126k mile 10 bolt
