Anyone running one of these?
You can get the housing with all brackets and either Moser or their axles for a G.
Not bad considering you could go to the junkyard and find a 3rd member for a couple hundo and there you go.
9inch for under 1500

i have their 9in and also a another 1 of my buddys do too. The thing fits well and i think is better than the Moser housing that costs a shit ton more. Im 1800 in the hole with my rear and thats with the housing, moser 31 spline axles, sphon lca relo brackets, rebuilt center section with locker and 4.11s. Hell of a lot cheaper than goin to moser

What exactly is this "3rd member"?
I called QP and asked them about it and they said I need the "3rd member" which goes for like 1317 or somthing plus the housing to make it work?

3rd member is the center section. It is the ring and pinion gears along with the carrier,etc...

You can put together a 3rd member for a lot less than what you were quoted. You just have to look around. I bought my housing and 31 spline axles for $150 used that was taken out of another 3rd gen. Found 3 empty center section housings local for $75 and one is a nodular housing. Bearing kit, gears, spool, yoke, and axle bearings I might have $400-500 and all that stuff is new. I also bought from Ford racing a rear brake kit for $180 and a set of drums from the parts store. Torque arm mount from Currrie for $140. I have been collecting these parts for a few years and now its finally time to put it together. I have about $1200 in mine.

The housing comes with the tq arm mount and all the brackets r double welded. Im really impressed with what went into this housing for it just being a ebay rear. My center section was 700 shipped. Freshly rebuilt with new gears.

It's defiantly intriguing. It seems to be a decent deal if you could get into a 3rd member for a good price. Kinda funny the TA mount looks like a MWC TA cutoff and fabed to accept a stock style one!

I put this together and assembled everything for about 1600. Some parts from a dirt track shop, some from local wharehouses and some from napa auto. Lots of running around and new things to learn, but it was fun at the same time.

So what would be the difference if i started listing them on ebay then had someone post up " hey guys check out these rears on ebay" just like this thread?

There would be no difference and it wouldn't be allowed. You can put stuff you're selling on ebay all you want but if it's not a part out or extra parts you have and want to sell and you're specifically making stuff to sell then it is in a business mindset and you need to be a sponsor in order to advertise doing so here.
This guy didn't post up trying to sell his own product, he simply posted asking about the product.
