tranny trouble

i have a 96 a4 z28 it shift extremely well for a 4l60 but at WOT the 2-3 shift hits the rev limiter a couple times before it shifts!
just wondering why and if theres a simple fix?

its funny say that because it doesnt do it as bad on the drag radials!lol

make sure the trannys full and try adding an extra half a quart

im gunna change the fluid and filter this weekend if it still does it ill try adding the extra half a quart. thanks bud

did you swap gears if i remember correctly? and just a guess.. but if so. and your drag radials are bigger then that could be why you dont seem to smack the limiter on them. they correct your overall gear ratio! or at least i think? someone with more experience will need to step up..

oh and a quick tune will fix it. get a mail order and it'll run better all around!

it did it when it was bone stock the way i got it. im gunna serivce the tranny and get a mail order tune untill i get the turbo 400 i got laying here built
