    what cam is that and what is the idle set at?

    Cam came from LE, it's a 242/248 on a 110 LSA. Idle is set at 950.
    1995 TA: Converted Nose...381 LT1...4L80E...Moser 12 bolt...Edge TC...

    @Mystery Bird what's the rough valve lift on it if you don't mind and what's the spring pressure? Cam installed straight up?

    Lift is 58x on both and seat is in the low 150's, open pressure around 410. Cam is installed straight up. One of my plans for next spring is to get it on the dyno to see torque curve and decide if I want to change it then.

    Yep, that helped! Im gonna fire mine up today, build some heat up in it and poss take a spin around the block in it. Then prepare to do some work on it. Now I just have to get a new Propane tank for my garage heater...

    It sounds good and works good to move that heavy car and transmission combo of yours, I was entertaining thoughts of ripping mine out this winter and maybe call Lloyd up and see what his opinions are.. Hope you can make it to the shootout next year!!!!!
