Well I'm trying to track down a sporadic miss. At idle and low load. Looking at injectors first. Everything ignition wise is all fairly new minus the opti. Just wanted yo see what people thought of the reliability of the msd unit if I do end up having to replace it. Car has 130k with original opti

As 96z28SideSwype said, AC Delco or Delphi are the most reliable units from what I've heard. Delphi should be cheaper than AC Delco.
96 Trans Am WS6 LT1 M6: 10/7/11 - current: 245.7 RWHP / 266.2 RWTQ - 14.462s @ 98.28 MPH
94 Corvette LT1 A4: 4/12/13 - current: No dyno #s yet - 9.547s @ 75.11 MPH (1/8 mile)
92 Lumina Euro 3.4L LQ1 A4: 1/15/06 - current: The beater car that refuses to die...

I'll check them again. Plugs are maybe 8months old wires are 4 months old, coil and ignition module 1 yr old. Been doing this for a bit now, looking at a job where I will be commuting 45 min each way so just doing any preventative maintenance I can
