Update: Engine and Clutch have been done just have to mount up the AC compressor and rework the LT lines. Still waiting on the harness. BP told me 6-8 weeks just after Thanksgiving so hopefully I'll be getting shipping notification soon. I lucked into a 97-98 Vette fuel rail so I'll be able to keep all stock fuel system just have to make AN lines to run from the hard lines. I have Fastbird's relocation now but I believe they a just barely too short to reach the LS rail.

Sahara54's Formula build thread
Engine is ready with harness on. I do have to replace the rack since I filled the power steering system and its pouring from the inner title rod side. I decided to pull the T56 separate so i can make some headway on the project till Im able to drop engine K. I swapped in the Rockland kit last night and was a breeze. Having a press is a must for pressing on the input shaft bearing and inner race. @popo8 If you want to move the tread to the LS section thats fine. Also, the inside of that T56 was mint. No glitter or bushing material anywhere and I know I havent been easy on it for the time Ive had it.

So far I have the driveshaft, torque arm, shifter, fuel lines and wiring complete. Only had to connect the 2 wires for reverse lights for the BP harness. Still have a handful of things to do but should be able to fire it up for the first time with about 2 hours of work left.2012 Sierra - 5.3, Summit "Stage 1" Truck Cam

Tonight I put in the new rack, cooling system, reworked some on my abs delete lines, replaced orings and new dryer for AC, soldered new ends on the battery cables for alt and distribution block. Need to pick up a few stainless hose clamps for the rad hoses, bench bleed the new master and redo my rear brake line to the prop valve, fluids, exhaust, front suspension and should be ready.

We unfortunately wont be there for cruisin. Wade (Cobra) is getting married in June and his BM set his bachelor weekend the same weekend. I may come down on wends or thurs night to hang out. In other news the car fired right up yesterday and I got the tune done and flashed today. Had a few minor setbacks but tomorrow Ill be bleeding brakes, clutch and doing my C5 rotor upgrade.
