    I always have trouble sleeping in an ICU/CCU hospital room. I found one thing that worked for me other than reading a book (wife's suggestion). If you have one of those TV sets on a swing arm over the bed, try watching a home shopping channel. That put me to sleep within a hour every time. Tell the nurse to turn the volume down if she finds you asleep.

    Hahaha... i had no problem falling asleep... it was the first movement i make, feels like im being shived, and wakes me up violently...
