If I didnt... I wouldnt invest my time in helping u. @firebird_1995 can tell u, my "programs" work... the key is when u get to where u want to transition without binging.

This will not only be a diet... but we will set u up to maintai. If u chose to... a lifestyle change to make u healthier and help u live longer...

What i do from that point on will be 100% on ir shoulders then...

True dat. I actually maintained for quite a while before my old habits came back and I threw in the towel and succumbed to the sweet sweet beckoning of delicious carbs. I started back again after new years so the carb withdrawals are in full swing. I haven't even restricted portions yet, just carb intake and I feel like I could eat half a beef and not be full. Crazy stuff these carbs

How I feel right now. Lack of sleep plus no carbs and I'm feeling like I'm 350lbs and old

If I remember right it seemed to wear off after a week or 2. After you get past that point I felt it got easier. I've read some articles that say carbs have the same addictive properties as some street drugs, although I've never seen someone sucking off their dealer in the alley for a cinnabon....
