I'm running a hoosier quick time pro. 28X14.5's I may try a 28x10.5W with a stiff side wall if I can find one. On the third pass the car left decent but the sixty foot isn't right. As far as the suspension goes I haven't made any adjusts to it. I put it together with the starting points that Eric from midwest chassis gave me. I called him later trying to see what I need to adjust to make an improvement in the short time. I will be cleaning up the AFR a little and the only other thing I want to do is work on dialing in the suspension.
I still can't get over the fact that I gave it everything right at the line. There was a pretty good cross wind that day to. I think the news said 25-30mph winds. So far 10.576 @ 128.64 on a 1.563 short time. N/A.8.957 @ 151.60 on a 1.349 60' timeTHE FIRST 8 SECOND NITROUS POWERED LT1

Thanks Tony, I know you were going to be going for it. Between you, Tanner, OutlawZ, and Joey the LT1 competition is going strong. I'm just fortunate that this combo is working and coming along as quickly as it has. I'm glad I followed some of the f-body cars and I made some decent choices in the parts I choose. It's not a high dollar car compared to some of them out there, but the sbc's have been running these times for a while. Now I'm wondering if I start practicing the tree if I can get this thing to do some 8.50 index racing next year.So far 10.576 @ 128.64 on a 1.563 short time. I'm running a brodix -10 head. They are a converted sbc head. But what most people don't know is brodix will cast there heads for the LT1. It is on a special order deal with about a 4 week wait. The track 1 heads are the shit if you want to stay with a 23* head.
