    • All FOR SALE threads MUST include prices for every item.
    • No making offers or anything like that.
    • Best Offer is OK, as long as you STILL list an initial price.

    #2. Off Topic/Harassment
    • NO HARASSING SELLERS!
    • If you do not want to buy anything, do not post!

#3. Posting FOR SALE Threads Elsewhere
    ]
    • Look for them here in the future, they will be moved.
    • DO NOT POST FOR SALE THREADS IN NON DESIGNATED AREAS

    #4. "TTT" or "Bumping"
    • One "Bump Maneuver" is allowed per day, per thread.
    • Threads Bumped more than once will be sent to the bottom of the list.

    • Feedback has a separate Forum at the top of the General Sale section.
    • Improperly posted feedback will be removed.

    #6. Profanities
    • Some words are tolerated more than others on this forum. Improper use of language in For Sale threads will result in a week ban. This is non-negotiable.

    #7. Multiple For Sale Threads
    • Please post ALL your items you have for sale in 1 thread. Posting different items weeks apart is fine, but posting 15 head gaskets in 15 threads is in-excusable.
    • Your threads will be consolidated and you will receive a SPAM infraction.

    #8. Sponsors
    • Only the sponsors can advertise their business in the forum
    • If you would like to advertise for your buisness please go HERE

    #9. Calling "DIBS"
    • Calling DIBS or sending PM's stating you "Wanna pay on this day, hold the item" IS NOT ALLOWED. This is considered harassment, and you will receive an infraction.
    • Any posts showing hold the item, or dibs will result in proper action. You will not be warned.

Obviously Be smart about buying things online, if you sense something wrong about the person that you are buying from then just don't buy. There will be a better list of things to watch out for in the future, so check back often.

Something you need to remember also is that we at LTX Tech.com, CANNOT and WILL NOT, persue any fraudulent transactions. This is solely BUYER BEWARE.

Do not send us PM's about good deals gone bad. We cannot help you.

This thread is subject to change at any time, so again keep checking.

Default How to buy safely online

I have composed a guide to buying safely online. Please review before making any purchases.

    When sending payment:
    1. Never wire funds via Western Union/Moneygram
    2. Fake cashier check & money orders are common. Banks will cash them and then hold you responsible.
    3. Never give out financial information such as bank account numbers, social security number.

    Buying and selling with Paypal:
    1. Never send money to an account with an unconfirmed address.
    2. Always get and save the tracking code incase your paypal claim needs it.

When meeting someone for the first time for a local pick-up, please remember to:

    1. Insist on a public meeting place
    2. Tell a friend or family member where you're going
    3. Take your cell phone along if you have one
    4. Consider having a friend accompany you
    5. Trust your instincts

Who should I notify about fraud or scam attempts?
    1. Leave itrader feedback for the user.
    2. FTC toll free hotline: 877-FTC-HELP (877-382-4357)
    3. FTC online complaint form (http://www.ftc.gov)
    4. Canadian PhoneBusters hotline: 888-495-8501
    5. Internet Fraud Complaint Center (http://www.ic3.gov)
    6. Non-emergency number for your local police department.

This forum is equipped with a feedback system called itrader. Use it and check the user's feedback before you buy.
