    well thats interesting, as i have a LTCC. cleared code, the off-idle rev intake pop is back, but the code hasnt returned......hmmm

    check valve coming today, replaced the fuel solenoid with a zex.

    think i may have to make a heat shield for the pcm/harness. last night idling checking stuff, i had eehack going and was jiggling wires to see if i could cause est 42 code to come back. in the process of that , the harness was super hot by the heater hoses/pcm. like too hot to touch. wondering since i deleted the ac box, if the radiant heat (since theres nothing keeping some heat from the pcm) could be causing some of this.

    had to put the street shoes on. new insurance company needs pictures of the car. so figured id make it look more street so i dont have any issues. got a bath after this.

    changed fuel solenoid. that helped on spray, the solenoid definitely works better than the old nitrous outlet solenoid. car ran like a top for over a hour of cruising to the car wash, gas station and some country roads. didnt act up once, UNTIL i got home. sitting in driveway, idling, click disconnect on eehack, save file, get out of car (left it idling) and as i take one step......badum badum bad bad bum off........WHAT THE HELL

    Connects the EVAP vent line on the fuel pump sending unit to the canister.

    thank you, what if this was clogged? would that cause a over pressurized tank?

    tank IS getting hot imho. was still warm 2.5 hours later after 45 min of driving

    pulled the sending unit to check it. cant see a sock on the bosch pump. looks like an 044 which is bigger than 255. they did some interesting sender mods. welded 6an fitting on the supply both inside the sender and at the outlet, the pump has a 6an adapter with a 6an stainless braided hose looped then attached. didnt know stainless hose was rated for in tank submerged use.

    the ? i have is why second street used the factory wiring. oh well, fred has his stock sender with bucket im gonna grab saturday, and i ordered a racetronix 340lph pump/all hd wiring including the tank harness and in tank harness/bulkhead connector thats all 30 amp rated.

    Didn't they keep the stock relay/wiring for the in-tank pump, then add a new relay/wiring for the outboard pump, tying the signal wire for the new pump relay into the stock wiring?
