Lt1 vs. Ls1 fuel pressure
Trying to put a fuel system together on my project. I'm looking at using an LS1 style fuel system with the regulator/filter. If I cap off my return line at the fuel rail, the fuel rail will have ~58psi versus the stock ~47psi. Will 58psi be too much for my stock LT1 injectors? It seems like someone told me before it was ok, but I thought I'd ask if any here have done it before with no issues.

Stock LT1 pressure is 3 bar = 43.5 PSI, with a 41-47 PSI tolerance. Stock LS1 pressure is 4 bar = 58 PSI. I don't know what the tolerance is. But the stock LT1 Delphi Multec injectors do not perform well at 4 bar. FIC has a video showing how they lock up. Scroll down to "Multec Injector Lock UP":

Thanks Injuneer, I should have known you can't believe everything you read on the internet. The guy that told me it was ok was wrong. I trust the folks at FIC too, I've done business with them before.
