I apologize! I guess that I should introduce myself. My name is Frank and I just joined. I am so glad to have found this place! It has already been a valuable source of information. I've owned my 96SS for 4 years and am just now starting the engine build.

Thank you! The engine in your signature is very similar to my planned build. It will eventually be a 383, but avoid too much down time, I am doing the top end first and will enjoy it while a do a bottom end on a different block. I picked up a set of factory castings and, after some searching, they will be ported by Eric Bradby.
