With the stock cover? No. There is a EFI billet cover it will work with though.

The billet dbl roller cleared my 96-97 cover but most say they won't. Not sure if I just got lucky or maybe there's a difference in thickenss between the billet and standard dbl roller.

The cover I have now is a 95. I will have to dig thru my paper work to see the part# on the set I used. I wrnt to switch to the 96-97 cover so I can run the 411 pcm.

You could run the ZZ4 timing set and a reluctor behind the 96-97 cover. It has the same HD chain and crank sprocket as the LT4 Extreme Duty set for way cheaper. But to fit a double roller you're gonna need a billet cover to get everything inside. I went that route because I was determined to waste money at the time.
