Twin turbo blowing air out the inlet
I need some help from you turbo guys, primarily twin turbo, a customer brought me a twin turbo Impy, the problem is at idle each turbo takes its turn on blowing pressure (air) out the turbo inlet, even when you drive, it sounds like 18 wheelers setting their air brakes one after another, any idea why this is, and of course it will not rev mid throttle, like its fighting itself, Ive tuned twin turbo before without any issues, especially like this one..Thanks again.

Have you checked for make sure the diaphragms aren't leaking at the gate or they possibly may need to be adjusted

At idle I would lean more towards not enough BOV
Or massively undersized turbos so thats its like a blower car and needs to vent a lot of air at idle.Correlation does not imply causation.

Yup that what it seems like, Ive never seen anything like this, and as you accelerated the switching of air escaping get faster also.
