    Default Hello from Wilmington, De

Just joining the forum. I've had plans on building a 302 for quite a while now, and those plans are finally coming to fruition. I had originally pulled the L99 out of my cousin's Caprice with plans on using those internals for the engine, but decided to keep that engine together for a nice cruiser in something. So, I essentially will have two small-cube LT engines with no vehicles to put them yet.

    I'm open to suggestions for the 302's home. I've weighed options from a 944 to a C4 to a 3rd Gen to a Malibu G-Body.

Welcome to Ltxtech. We have a good following here in De and Pa so help is right around the corner. That would be a rev happy monster with the right parts. I's go with something light. FC Rx7 would be my choice.

80's rx7 would love the spinning high lt1. its gonna have to be something light and geared right, I contemplated doing exactly what you are but the reward wasn't worth it to me

Hell no, Miata's are cool swaps. Just not that one guys from dyno day...lol.

They've been popular with the YouTubers for awhile. There's a few guys doing them up Taylor Ray is doing a L33 swap, TommyFyeah has a Honda K24 and Ricermiata has eunos(RHD) with a SR20.

The Miata is something I hadn't considered before. I'll have to look into it. I'm not too keen on convertibles, though, but I could make an exception.
