My experience and most others will agree is to swap to a obd1 pcm. All you need Is a 94 or 95 pcm and a 94 or 95 knock sensor. Then get a aldl cable for a 95 since it will be the obd2 diagnostic port. Then you can download tuner pro rt free, and go to http://fbodytech.com and download the free software to load tunes, that's the one I use and it works wonderful there are others out there. Both of them accept donations if you like the product but they are otherwise free.
You can download a few cc503 tunes for free or get a email tune from someone, I used @MoeHorsePower

If you don't wanna do all that I'm sure you can mail your obd2 pcm to someone

    Is your car and automatic?

then you will need a 1995 BIN file for the transmission settings if you chose to do an OBD1 PCM. No big deal though just something to remember when you get a tune (bin file)

more to it than that with an auto, he will burn out the trans in short order if he doesn't swap valvebody, pump, harness, and solenoids. if he was t56 he would be fine

I thought the only difference was the PWM solenoid on the 95 and up trans?

nope more to it than that, it's in @Cahall trans thread. we were gonna do @Gassey car obd1 swap then talked to Frank and forgot all the other stuff.

Basically if you do it, it will downshift 3 neutral 2 and that will beat the trans up, plus the lock up will burn up too. if you want to see a 3 neutral 2 downshift look at my impala on my YouTube on the dyno.....it wasn't pretty
