Default Is this an LT4 Hot Cam?

Is this an LT4 hotcam? The part number I have found online is 24502586. The cam has two numbers on it. 586FM7S and 180 03L. I assume it Is, but I want to double check

I know it's an old grind, but I can get this used cam very cheap. I think it might be a good choice for an autocross/road course car with stock heads. Bolt ons, and 1.7 roller rockers. Thoughts?

Yellows stripe and the 586 on the cam seem to point to it being a hotcam.
