Well the camaro is inching towards 25 years old an it's date with the DMV. I got it running again last week and am now "semi restoring" it after it's 2+ year slumber. The interior got moldy (i have since added a dehumidifier to the shop) and there are a few things i need to address. One ting is the appearance. am tired of how it looks. It looks dated. I have come into the opportunity to get a new bumper. My hood looks terrible The solvent pop is really bad. I dont want to dump any more cash into the car and I want to update it. I found a pictur of the red 5th gen 1LE concept and i think i have found my inspiration.. I am also taking the hood and bumper cues from @popo08 's old camaro where the black extended into the bumper. Anyway i am going to wrap the hood, spoiler. rear deck, and tail light panel with satin vinyl. Attached is a pic of the 1LE and a really bad paint shop of my idea.
