1/4s were bubbling and floor was bad so no buy

I bought a rusty 4th gen once.
Drove the car, checked fluids, checked for leaks and never even looked behind the seats.
Bought it and was loading it on the trailer and noticed the rocker on pass side had a hole in it and the floor pan was all but missing on the driver side lol....
Never even seen a car that new with rust on it but it came from Illinois.
Now I always ask were the car came from before even going to look now.
