The chart shows 4.78mm for all lines except the line to the rear brakes. 3/16" is 0.188", which is 4.76mm.

    Rear line (6.00mm) use 1/4" = 0.25" = 6.35mm

The kits instructions are lacking I had to go online and look at some pictures but once I saw it installed it was easy to put together

Here's how I did my kids. Hurst line lock and Wilwood proportioning valve on rear brakes. Made a bracket to mount line lock near master cylinder. Will be doing mine next.

Obviously I'd have to grab an bender and tweak them but i'm wondering if they're long enough or if i'm going to need to make some new ones. And for the line/port sizes i'll just have to grab a couple adaptors?

Sounds like it won't do what I originally wanted and bring the fronts down a little, i'll either have to change to a less aggressive pad or just keep using my foot to adjust pressure. They don't lock the fronts much now that it's got good tires, but I always worry in a panic i might hit too hard initially and lock them for a second. But at least it will drop a couple pounds off the front end and clean things up a lot.
You can increase the pressure to the rear brakes with the unit you bought. This may help balance out the brakes so front aren't as grabby. Other option is to install a single adjustable proportioning valve to the front wheels to dial the pressure down a little.
