I have used all purpose cleaners without any negative effects but mine was diluted 10 to 1. To each his own. I use less cleaner more times if needed.

Any recommendations on a good product to clean and protect boat seats?

I actually have a relevant question myself. What is your technique and what do you use for cleaning Alcantara? I have a light tan interior in my daily driver and the inserts on the seats is a light tan alcantara that is being dirtied from me at work. I've tried a couple of foam cleaners and a rag, and it cleaned it up a bunch, but didn't get it all the way. Tried the same cleaner and a nylon bristled brush.....whoops. Won't do that again. Any recommendations?

I really dont mess with boats that often so I am far from an expert. I usually just use Autogeek's Marine 31 products.
