    There is ALOT of misinformation about modifying 4L60Es on the internet. This mostly stems from the guy that does so and then believes that just because it backs up and shifts 3 times, it must be right. Then they can't figure out why the converter doesn't lock up, kickdown isn't right, it burns up the 3-4 clutches, or it keeps going into limp mode.

    The '96 is a better starting point.

    I really can't wait to get this engine swap done guys. It's been a long time coming after losing interest and regaining it over the past 5 years. I want this car to be a track toy and start out running mid to high 7's in the 1/8th hopefully
