I had my EGR deleted on my PCM.The check engine light was on.So we ran a scan on it.It came up with all kinds of EGR codes. If my EGR was deleted, shouldnt it not even show up.Little along have problems??

Which codes? There are only two codes for EGR - DTC 27 for faulty electrical circuit on the EGR vacuum solenoid, DTC 32 for EGR flow, measured by cycling the solenoid and looking for a change in MAP to show the EGR flow. Can't speak to the tune, I gave up on the stock PCM 16 years ago.

If the codes were deleted in the PCM, then they should not show up at all or be triggered. Might have to send it back to the tuner.
