Lowe's, Home Depot and NAPA tool boxes are made by Homak. They do have a regular and pro series. Just an FYI. Personally I have a Homak brand from NAPA. No complaints here.

Homak is a very good brand too, it's what we have at my job. Northern tool sells them and they always have coupons .

The in store ones are only a fraction of what Home Depot can get. All the ones near me only had the the 18" deep models in store and I wanted deeper drawers. They have a 22" online and various drawer configurations, just FYI.

I went last night and bough the Harbor Freight 56" roll around. $799 and I found a $100 off coupon. Got it in the shop today and loaded it up. I really like it. It has latching drawers and some kind of poly urethane casters. I'm pretty happy with it. The drawer lines are kinda cheap and not as heavy built as my Matco but for 700 bones it is a good deal. I think it will work well

I went and looked at the ones Home Depot has on display and they are not built anything like the Homak I got at NAPA. Must be the cheaper version they have on display. At least what I looked at. Was disappointed, was looking to buy one to put in the car trailer. Guess I'll keep looking.
