Fuel
Can the stock system take some race fuel like 5 gallons of 110? Or if you have to change some stuff what is it? My dad wants to run some race gas he's already replacing the fuel pump his was dying at the track Friday and I need to change my fuel filters because I think that's my issue if not injectors.

I run it in mine all the time. Cats don't like leaded fuel though.

Lead is also bad for the O2 sensors. Takes a while, but eventually they die.

@Vicious95Z28 did you see any improvement in times or anything? I just told my dad what y'all said he was wondering if he will gain anything from just adding 5 gallons, the motor is a 383 LE2 heads compression is about 10.5:1 T56 Trans and I think it has 32lb injectors or ford green tops and a mail tune not sure on injectors can't remember

Doubt honestly that he'll gain much just by adding a lil fuel to it. I honestly can't give you a scientific improvement in my car.

@Injuneer, are there any O2's that are lead resistant?

He won't gain any power running race gas provided that his car was running fine on pump.
