Attaching pictures
I was able to to it yesterday from home but when I try to today it won't let me. They're saved as a jpg on my desktop, I can select them and when I tell it to upload files it shows an exclamation point rather than a check mark. The site seemed to be running slow this morning not sure if that's got something to do with it.

Seems to work for me. Sure it's not your web browser or a corrupt file?
I use postimage.org as an alternative, or my Flickr account.

It could also depend on the image size too. Do you know how many MB the image is?

That'd be it - I'm pretty sure our limit is 4mb. If you download a tool like PLISKA you can resize a whole folder of images very quickly and it will strip all the unnecessary data size away.
