2016 LTxTech Calendar Submission Thread
The LtxTech Administration is proud to announce the start of the 2016 LtxTech Calendar!!!!!
Submit your 2016 calendar pictures via this thread...
In an effort to make sure we produce the highest quality calendar possible, I ask that you carefully read thru the notes below. Some of the items listed are requirements set in place by the producer of the calendar, some are our requirements. If the requirements are not met it will greatly limit the chances of your photo making it to the next level (voting threads).
To submit an image for the 2016 Calendar, the image MUST meet these requirements:
-This is open to current and active users of the forum.
-SUBMIT ONE PHOTO in one POST (we will not be taking multiple photo submissions this year, as to streamline the process).
-No random images :that is, no images should be submitted that were taken without any type of artistic thought. This is subjective, but keep in mind the images that are better "posed" will have a better chance.
-Images must be at least 1024 x 768 AND LANDSCAPE, not portrait. The larger the image the better, all images smaller than 1024x768 will not be considered for voting.
Images can be uploaded to the site as an attachment. If you prefer to upload it else where, it can be uploaded to www.imageshack.us, www.postimage.org, or any other image hosting website. Which ever site you use, please make sure you DO NOT downsize to 1024 x 768 if you're uploading a larger image... leave it big! You can then post the images here or e-mail me the link to the page where the image is hosted. Images can also be sent via e-mail, although WE would prefer one of the previously mentioned methods so I do not have to worry about the e-mail being caught in the spam filter.
BE AWARE: PHOTOBUCKET DOWNSIZES IMAGES. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF USING PHOTOBUCKET.
-Photos must have an attractive background, and most importantly, ensure the car is properly framed in the photo. This is subjective - we want our calendar to be as professional as possible. We don't want to see your garage bins or other garage/driveway junk in the background. If you need ideas for places to take pictures - find local parks, water in the background, or even parking structures to use for pictures.
For reference, here are some links to the past Calendar threads to give you an idea what WINNING pictures look like:
http://ltxtech.com/forums/showthread...-Now-Available!
Calendar submissions will be concluded on 10/31/2015.
Voting will take place 11/1 through 11/15. Calendars should be ready soon after and just in time for Christmas.
GOODLUCK EVERYONE!
