sounds like my lady got me car parts for the camaro for my birthday... hasn't been confirmed yet though. unless i can get more out of her ill have to wait a month :p ...in other news i've started throwing money at my savings account for the turbo!

have an update for ya! my girlfriend came threw, I have a new edelbrock victor-e intake and elbow plus I picked up a running lt1 to setup the turbo kit on..

couple pictures of the new intake and elbow, plus some small stuff needed for the new engine.. had a lifter tick so i figured it was time. *Disclamer* dont let the hairy white legs scare you, i was wearing shorts in the picture lol

@NightTrain66 I have no idea there not stock and they were there when i bought the engine...
@shownomercy I have emailed lloyd about a fully ported trickflow top end already, when I get the cash for it I'll be ordering it

Oh, gotcha.
I was thinking that you ahd the heads from me at some point.
I really have no idea then.
I dee a dbl spring withdmper, red stripe on spring, retainers and 7 degree locks. . . . . . . . . based on that it doesn't really look like any "high end stuff" at all.
Who knows what brand/quality parts they are.
If it was working with the old cam I would sell it as a cam/spring set up that was working before and get a better spring set up for what you are doing now.

Thanks lloyd, I pulled the other valve cover last night and found what I presume to be stock valve springs. It's just a single spring... looks pretty wimpy lol
