    Default Headers

Those of you with headers, chime in. I am looking at the BBK coated headers. Does anybody run these? How difficult to install? Directions call for no welding, but I think you need to weld the connector to the cat, which I think I can do, I have a new Lincoln wire feed welder. Just trying to get some info before I jump in, really don't want to pull a stock manifold just for an exhaust leak, like do a mod if possible.

    Thanks

    Mike

I find it pointless to run shorties, you're not really gaining anything using the stock cat/midpipe combo. Hooker/summit longtubes fit, albeit after a small amount of cutting, pair them with a pypes x pipe and enjoy the power and sound

I have the Pypes x pipe already, just not sure what is a good longtube that fits and gets me thru inspection, De still has tailpipe sniff.

    Thanks

They're pretty easy to install. I believe Jon @LT1boost uses the 1 5/8 BBK headers for some turbo kits.
