This is very true. I still can't believe I'm spending this much, not to mention I have less belief that I'm actually in a position to freely do so! I'm expecting to wake up any minute, lol.

Hmmm......Thinking about getting the C6 ZO6 calipers coming too and doing the brakes at the same time as the wheels. I can get all four calipers on Amazon right now for just under $1K.

There is that money you saved from the more expensive wheels. F it man... you only live once.

Well I've still got a few grand leftover from the not yet complete part out too. And my wife didn't even bat an eye when I said any part out money gets turned back around into the car. Right now my list of do is:

New Triple Gauge/Double Din center bezel and the new Kenwood head unit with Android Auto capability.
Rest of the stereo system (I have amps and front door components, need rear speakers, sub, and box)
Have stock A-Pillar modified to accommodate the LARGE eboost2 gauge down low by the dash.
C6 ZO6 brakes (rotors are a tossing point.......stockish are like $250 a set, aftermarket are like $350-500 a set, two piece that save 10-15lbs per are about $900 per end)
Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port blow off valves
Have B-Pillar and roof painted black so it looks better than the vinyl wrap

Once all that's done I'll move to putting new carpet, doing sound deadening and insulation, new seat covers/foam, leather accents, etc.

Other than the wheels/brakes, not really. The rest will all be subtle and make you wonder if that's how it came. I like a clean look.

The only cosmetics that I would do... not that I dont like it as it is, because I do. I would do the z06 side skirts, and the big flared quarters with wheels that have depth to make it all come together...

Haha, I considered that, but don't like the flares on C5's. Most are too sharp and there's not a sharp angle on the C5. But it was considered.
