DAMN they are getting cheap. I remember buying a piece of crap single din Pioneer for $200 back in the day and that was without USB, auxiliary, and 2 preamps. CD, no MP3 compatibility.

I have a $300 head unit in my car now that is probably worth like $20. Will probably come out in favor of something without reverting to demo mode after the battery gets reset.

    Looking good!

    Dan,
That jensen one looks good. I was trying to get the largest screen possible. i don't think the one i bought was actually for my car. Thats also probably why i had to modify the bezel to make it fit. I think the one i got was 7x4. The cameras are very cheap too..i have thought about getting one.

    Harner,
i"m right there with you man...when we ordered this i was thinking about my first cd player that i put in my first firebird when i was sixteen years old. I think i paid about the same price for it, as this thing. I was just excited because it was a cd player!lol

    popo,
Agreed 100% i spent hours, days even researching reviews to find a good one. Lots of them have bad reviews instantly. I was pretty sad when i got this one and the gps didnt work right. Some of this chinese crap is ok....you just might have to put some extra labor into it.
I'm Still running that 60 dollar opti i had to tear down three times. lmao.

Spent 700 on my kenwood -_- its got all the bells and whistles. It even warns me when traffic is ahead even when the gps isnt on... scares the hell outa me. My last radio i ended up shifting into 3rd so hard my hand blew off the shifter.... that radio stopped giving me my cd's back after that

nice, i do wish my gps was more interactive still. It doesnt pick up traffic. only "historic traffic".

I assume that doesnt use an sd card to run the gps?

nice. Mine has the little antenna as well. its just wierd the way the gps works off of an extra sd card. it has to have like a file path to access it...
I really wanted something with that app ability so i could maybe get aldl droid working on there. You get what you pay for though haha
