so what did you guys use to get it back in alignment? I know tubbyformy mentioned using a ratched strap. I dont have one at the moment so I was wondering if using a 2 foot pry bar or something would work? I tried using my short one just to see if it would move and got it to move about 1/4" pretty easy.

So i loosened up the motor mounts and used a breaker bar to pry the transmission over. It required a lot of effort but I got it lined up and tightened down. Thanks for the tips guys.

I'm sorry, I have a hard time accepting this is due more to a tweaked subframe than the new suspension parts. I've got poly motor mounts and tranny mount (different brands even) with a stock K-member and tranny crossmember, and everything lined up perfect. Maybe my subframe isn't tweaked then?

I would put my money on it being a k-member manufacture issue or just a problem with the motor mounts themselves. The stock k-member lined up perfectly and this car has never been in an accident. If the motor mounts a slightly off then the problem will compound itself the further back you go in the drivetrain.

Supporting MemberMileage, abuse level, quality of metal, if it was built on a Friday (car or k member) could all be a factor. When we took the 94 (stock k member) back apart it was right where it was supposed to be, when we initially built it it was the same as his was, off a bit. Same with my 96, but I think just all that stuff that had been removed and could have moved say a sixteenth or 32nd of a inch when put back together became compounded into more when it's a bunch of things.
It'll settle in.2021 Charger Scat 392

Could just be the rest of the car is a bit twisted... 20 + year old unibody perf cars... it happens.
