    Wonder if they've figured out how to curtail the carbon deposit issues on the DI stuff yet. Stout motor, but from what I know they like to build up on the valves quick since it's a dry manifold setup.

    The new lt1 only shares like 2 bolts and a small piece with the ls1 @383z

    Rings back memories of my childhood when my dad had a 69 427 tri power vette. Same silver but red interior. He should have never sold it. Worth a ton of cash now days. My mom had never got her drivers license until 1977. My dad sold his vette and bought her a brand new caddy for getting her license.
