talk to your tuner... if he's a decent tuner and tuned a fair share of boosted cars he should be able to point you in the right direction on sizing.... the 80 will probably work on 8lbs ... turning it up to 4 bar will put that injector just a hair above 92lbs...
i'd get the correct size one's in first so you don't have to go threw getting the car tuned twice.. would suck to have to find out you ain't got enough injector...
if i were to guess your'e looking at 120's but do not take my advice, call your tuner!

55 rail pressure with a 65psi rise assuming 1:1 and 10psi of boost gets you 80% DC on 80# sticks with E85 and a "700whp"
I would say you will either make it, or just be a hair over "safe" area on those injectors. I say run em, pumps are cheaper than good quality high Z 120# sticksCorrelation does not imply causation.

Going to a 24x conversion. How much do you think it will affect my numbers?

You need to use a fuel injector calculator like the one posted above, but with your calculated fuel pressure.
I think 80s will run close to 700whp with your fuel pressure.
You always want more injector than you think you need.
Running 24x, will give you more drive-ability, it will give you the ability to run a custom OSmeant for boost unlike the archaic stock pcm, a tuner would likely be more comfortable running a more aggressive tune. I would guess you would gain more power under the curve and gain peak power.
I wouldn't swap for a power gain so much as reliability tunability. Getting misfires(opti) under boost will end your fun fast.

I am currently searching for 1000cc injectors right now. I have sold the 80s , so they are non existent. The whole opti deal is really making me think. The 24x will allow me more room for error. And like you said it will allow me to run a more aggressive tune and gain more power under the curve and also make peak hp. The more power I make the deeper I could get in the 10s. May even break into the 9s if I try hard enough (which I will).
