Good luck with the project, look forward to the dyno numbers. I had a red 1994 Trans Am that I miss a ton. Hoping to get another one day.

Here are some updates. Suspension is done, brakes are 95%. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like on all fours again. The BMR drop springs and SLP Bilsteins should be a big improvement over stock. Wheel bearings were replaced a few weeks ago. Not sure how the BP Automotive coil brackets are gonna work on those valve covers yet. Gonna have a call this week to discuss electronics. I am hoping we can centralize everything in one place without cutting holes in the dash or removing HVAC controls. I'm gonna see it this weekend so hope to snap more current pics. The shop is having a diesel dyno day so the car will be outside. Hoping the "weather" will clean it up a little lol. Look at the dust on the windshield!

There is some crazy dust in that shop, especially when they don't let the doors open lol. Ordered a Racetronix fuel pump kit and harness this weekend. Looking into centralizing the electronics this week, but otherwise it's just putting stuff together. I need to find the plate that was on it and register/add it to insurance soon.

Haven't updated in awhile. Picked up a lightweight Odyssey battery and Taylor battery box. Here's some pics from today - Griffin vertical rad installed. Fuel lines aren't removed yet from the engine bay, but that is next. Still need to work with Gail on nitrous accessories. Haven't had the time yet.

Yes and yes. Assuming all goes well, there should be a matte red (dipped) t/a on the roller with a 24x 355 LT1, cam, ported intake and p&p heads, 3400 stall, cpt pro race 60e, qp 9" with 3.89s, and either a 150 or 200 shot. Depends how the motor likes it.
The combo is about 10:1 with Impala gaskets, which is lower than you'd want for an N/A build. But, the shortblock was a good deal (Probe pistons, ARP hardware) and I'd like to go turbo down the road. My numbers will be lower than they should be, but I really don't care. Just looking forward to driving the car.
And yes, timing will be pulled LOL. Looking at timing tuners next. I was told there is a Lingenfelter box that would work well with my setup.
