    Well I would suggest setting it for kill on the cruise.

    I wouldn't say that they will be evolving, more so just giving clarification on what the rules currently state. As with anything there's always going to be something that is a grey area so we will try to address that as it comes up. Our hope is that we will find a set of rules that most will agree on an B beneficial to the future of a community, and not have to continue changing the rules yearly

    My buddy's 417lsx with a 91.5mm Garrett made 150 more wheel horsepower filter off then on. It was a kn filter if I remember right. Well over a 4 digit whp car. I would imagine it'd be worth 75 to a 100 horse on a 800 whp car like Ryans. ..
