    Limited to quickest 16 qualifiers on a .400 Pro tree in a heads up format. Is open to all LT1, 4, 5 powered vehicles. All vehicles must appear to be stock bodied and stock appearing. Sportsman Ladder.
    No power adders permitted of any type. Nitrous plates, solenoids, soft or hard lines, nozzles, bottles must be disconnected, superchargers must be removed.
    Engine: Heads must retain the factory 23 deg valve angle. Trick Flow 21 deg. heads permitted (PN TFS-30400008-M54). Aftermarket heads and converted small block Chevy heads will be permitted.
    Only stock/stock ported intakes will be allowed (Edelbrock LT1 specific intake permitted).Welded intakes not permitted.
    LS1 PCM permitted with 100 lb. penalty, aftermarket EFI allowed with a 200lb weight penalty.
    Tires: 30\" maximum height and 10\" maximum tread width for DOT bias-ply tires and DOT radials. 28\" maximum height and 10\" maximum tread width for all others(non DOT) with a 100lbs weight penalty (W compounds not allowed)
    Suspension/ Chassis / Interior: Must have stock-style suspension. 4-links and ladder bars not permitted. Mini-tubs not permitted. Solid motor mounts allowed. No motor plates or anti-roll bars (aftermarket sway bars with solid end-links permitted). Must retain full OEM interior including both front seats (ie: headliner, carpet, sun visors, all plastics forward of package tray). Aftermarket front seats permitted. Rear seats maybe removed. Must have factory glass. Lexan windows not permitted. Must have working lights, wipers, horn, and current registration.
    Exhaust System: may be replaced with tubular headers. Mufflers are required. Single cut-out is allowed in vehicles equipped with a factory style exhaust with the muffler behind the rear axle. True duals permitted, but must run through mufflers at all times. All exhaust must exit behind the front seats.
    Transmissions allowed are one of the following (700R4, 4L60, 4L60E, 4L80E, T56) without a weight penalty, TH 350/400 allowed with the use of an external cooler and will have a 100 lbs weight penalty.
    Manual transmission receives weight break of 100 lbs. Torque converters not permitted with manual transmissions. Clutch-activated automatic transmissions (re: Clutch-flite) are prohibited
    No trans-brake or two-steps allowed. Independent rear suspension receives 200 lb. weight break. Rear mounted batteries need to be mounted and vented per NHRA regulations Minimum race-weight limit 3,400 lbs.
    Car and driver must meet NHRA certifications for the time the car is running., and must comply with all NHRA rules concerning weight ballast and ballast boxes.
