and clearly its not enough to not spend what u claim is 300 to get a title. Btw... in pa (not sure about ur state) a non notarized bill of sale is toilet paper.

I did read that out of context. The majority of people want a street car. But there is a small group of people out there looking for a hardtop car like this to turn into a racecar. Probably just take a while
