All of the shipping charges I saw online were pretty outrageous, everything was $150+ out the door. I asked a coworker who flips cars for a good place to buy new body panels and he pointed me to a parts warehouse a few mins from work. Picked this up for $63, dude saved me a ton of money. Looks way thicker than what's on my car so I'm guessing it's the one Cathead was talking about.

Also scooped some brake parts off CL, all new. Was going to do this stuff anyway because I need to do bushings and balljoints up front. This is a C6 brake setup with Kore3 brackets and fancy EBC rotors.

Those brakes will make a WORLD of difference. FYI....bounce parts off of C6 and C5 Vette's. The C5 brakes are essentially the same except for some minor fin bracing on the caliper. Also.....should the want/need strike.......since the brakes fit those brackets, then those brackets will also fit C6Z brakes as they are a direct bolt on to C5 and C6 base cars.

That's what mine looked like. I still had the manufacturer decals on the inside of my bumper, looking for you a part number but they had faded. Those brakes look badass.

So I didn't realize that there's a Kooks true dual knockoff out now:
Speed Engineering True Dual Exhaust
Hopefully it'll clear the watts link. I think it should.
This is gonna make my life a million times easier than chopping up the Mufflex. Anyone want a 4" catback? lol96Z M6, ERE-383 #60, AFR 210s, LE cam, 9", Procharger D1, ???whp

I ordered this.... it should be the same

These seem to be really good value, but I can't imagine how awful and raspy 3" duals would sound on a stockish car. I don't have that problem thankfully lol.96Z M6, ERE-383 #60, AFR 210s, LE cam, 9", Procharger D1, ???whp

I always get an itchy trigger finger with chinese stainless. It gets me every time lol. Looking forward to hearing what it sounds like and how the fitment is. I bet it'll fit like a glove.

Exhaust showed up, haven't even taken it out of the box. I'll post some pics once the Hawk is inspectable and I tear into the Camaro.
Going to try to rebuild the rear end and slap the blower on before OCMD in mid October. I have 4 months to get my shit together so I'm keeping it low boost on the stock PCM to keep it simple.
Also, has anyone ever seen a Moser torque arm like this? It's a short tunnel mount for a 9". I like it because it gets rid of that heavy cast piece.
