my 94 turbo build
harwoodhood.jpg
had a big cam, stock bottom end setup that i beat on for years, after many 6k launches i spun a rod bearing and so it sat.... slowly gathered parts, 355, stock, crank, rods and forged pistons, custom cam from futural... borg s475 turbo and a bunch of other crap.
bought a welder and started making up the hot parts, started with some dual cat edlebrock headers, hacked them up and ran the passenger side around where the factory y-pipe goes and out to the driver side. turbo is a dual entry so i'm keeping the both sides separate, should make it spool sooner.s4752.jpgrsupport3.jpgpowerwashedz3.jpgturboinstalledsm.jpg
also did some interior work, wasnt a fan of the light grey so painted it all black.

Looks like a sweet build. What hood is that dent look like a normal ultra z hood. But I could be wrong. Either way I like it!!

yeah it was a harwood, i actually sold it and got a factory hood, it wasnt functional, and just was too fond of it after a few years. like to get a sunoco hood, but i'll stick with stock for now... more of a sleeper lol

no i dont see how you could make it functional, the opening is back behind where the ws6 hoods and ultra z hood sits. i was able to though get an ls1 lid to fit under there with some trimming of the ls1 lower lid support... didnt gain much if any over slp cold air so it wasnt really worth it, just something different... different as in like 8 years ago lol
