Opinions wanted
Dad called me tonight and wanted me to look for a Corvette for him (5k limit on price) and this 94 m6 car popped up.
Let me know what you guys think and also what if anything I should be on the lookout for ect and thank you!

4500... Good deal.
Go look at it...find out if hood is open in side pic or mis aligned..see the gap get larger towards the back?
Also get under if...the floors are fiberglass...check for damage...people never know how to jack these things up and always damage the floors. Both my storage compartments are busted out.
Oh yeah..and i hear they have this crappy distributor...

LOL ok I sent him the links and I told him we could do a quick trip down there tomorrow or friday since I have 2 days off and I know he will probably go for it.
I didnt know about the floors but what I do know is Dad is a master paint and body guy so anything like that he will just fix if he gets the car and the best part is that its an LT car and when he gets tired of it I will get him to sell it to meIf you don't stand behind our MIlitary then feel free to stand in front of them. <---- This is my oldest son (PROUD DAD HERE) Mike (just plain mad) Madman337 1993 Camaro Z/28 A4 all stock other than a muffler and LCAs @292K+ miles. 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche. 1970 Pontiac Firebird. 1972 Camaro, 1994 Corvette, 17 Fusion Sport AWD V6 Twin Turbo

I can vouch for this as well lol. Monika's vette is pretty fun to drive, it feels so light and nimble compared to my big heavy TA (but I still love it!). It's got that snug cockpit feel to it while you drive. The engine is also much easier to get to to work on thanks to the clamshell lol.

Ok Dad wants to go look at it today and says that if he likes it he will buy it, its 72 miles from me driving right thru the heart of bay area rush hour traffic too which is going to suck so I hope the car is as nice as it looks.
We are supposed to meet the guy at his place at 5:30 and if Dad gets it then hes has to join up here so I will let everyone know what happens. If you don't stand behind our MIlitary then feel free to stand in front of them.

Good luck! We need to get some more LTX vettes on this forum just in case I need to ping off y'all for ideas lol. CorvetteForum is nice and all, but we don't have that snobby Vette-owner mindset at all over here.

It looks awesome. He may have just had the hood un latched to take a picture and then Craigslist was dumb when he tried to upload them all. I've always thought these cars were cool. It just kills me how so out of date the interiors look.
