it is in the FI section96 TA WS6 - 383ci + T76 = no traction

I'd say the owner (lcvette) should come up and post a dynograph. Surely he has one right? If he doesn't, I'd be more than happy to speak with the admins and we'll make sure to clearly define the rules, but as of now I'd say go with the rules posted in the first post. (I believe Josh copied those over from ls1dave's previous thread, the original moderator of this section.)
