Just another reason I know that this site is the best around, and the people we draw in, are of the same "good people" caliber."

I'm going to do my best. I built my car for the shootout but I bought dual 3" cutouts because it would give me better flow than dumped bullets but also a nice quiet option for around town PLUS I wouldn't lose any ground clearance. So I'll have to fab some sort of dumped duals before then so I can compete in the ES classes. I've already lined up a truck and I have 3 friends that I race with who all have trailers. I'm sure I could borrow one of them. AND it just so happens my vacation time kicks in July 31st (new job), just in time!

For as far as I would have to drive, it would be a huge bummer to come without my vehicle. The engine is going in next weekend and I'm getting dyno tuned within the next few weeks. So no matter what, the car will be ready to go. The only question will be whether or not it will be optimized. I'd like to add skinnies up front and some lightweight front suspension as well as some rear suspension components before then, but it should still be a stout competitor as long as I get a 12-bolt in by August.
