driveshaft recall?
was there a recall on LT1 drive shafts?

IIRC, there is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) that GM issued to replace the LT1 driveshaft with an aluminum one under warranty. So no, there isn't a recall. If you are having problems with yours like some have, take it to a shop to have it balanced and have the u-joints inspected.
