    ^^^that is sick

    i run a spectre filter on the end of my k&n cai. my k&n filter was pretty beat up, so i spent half the money i would have for a new one and got the spectre instead, and its a very good filter too

    No filter here, though I don't drive it much. I know I know, but there's NO room in my engine bay for a big filter. I'm still trying to figure something out.

    Do you guys think if I do a screen over the blower ill be safe? Dirt and rain???

    I know a lot of people run that way, but I'd caution about heavy rain scenarios.....don't want to take too big of a chance.

    I have the same worries. I just was not sure if its recerse mount with the inlet facing the firewall, and height, would make it "safer."

    when i ran my first boost setup with a vortech is was in the same spot as yours and they had a filter made for the driver bumper cover right in front of the tire ( dont know the name of the top of my head whats its called) but it works goods with nothing getting in there for water or dirtwhat brand supercharger do you have and what do they do with the filter

    Currently my procharer utilizes an (in house made) aluminum 90* which attaches to the blower inlet, goes straight down abd 90* toward the front of the car, squeezing over the steering rack and restic on the piping that is 90* up from the itercooler. That point where it rests is where my k&n goes...just behind the bumper. I'm just looking for less cumbersome, less restriction...

    I always use a filter with my supercharger and now with the turbo..
