You might want to try to use an ABS plastic for boxing in your radiator. I switched to hood pins and made a "tray" in front of the radiator to keep the air flowing into the radiator rather than pushing up on the hood. It was really easy to form with a heat gun.

The cardboard is just something quick and easy to prove whether or not it would help highway cruising temps.

Window motor shens day, passenger window finally said no more.
Draw some mystery X marks the spot and drill away

While BLS tackled the window motor, I tried to entertain the dream of having a non over heating turbo LT1. Installed a all aluminum, thicker than stock core, new radiator.
Tried to get my extra HP gainz, but didn't know where to spray this

Managed to make some sparks and get some progress made today on the exhaust. Though we forgot to install the baby seat lol
All set now for the next part, snaking 4in over the axle.Correlation does not imply causation.

A single 4”? If so, I have pics of the Mufflex 4” IM pipe going over rear axle. Would that be useful?

Goes over the axle in the stock location, with no mods. Tight fit though, can't rattle because it's locked in.

Yea, its gonna be a challenge to get it over the axle. But really want to get it out the back of the car to cut down on interior noise and smell.
Got a handful of 90* bends and some assorted leftover pie cuts, so should be able to get something done.Correlation does not imply causation.
