Update from the past couple months, been tinkering, prob tackle fuel lines in the next few months. Procrastinating that cause its not fun.
On board air (been cleaned up and second valve added for close)
Air controlled cutout, no motors to crap out and instant open/close
Fast open and close

Started by realizing I should have not begun this with at least 10 gal of fuel in tank, and then it was downhill from there
Yanked old braided stuff off and pulled the fuel reg out
This is where I left it, got tired and was soaked in gas
Got another summit order coming in and have to drop the tank, but hope to have it back on the road by mid next week. Nice spring weather is upon us finallyCorrelation does not imply causation.

I am partly impressed with myself, this thing came out easier than I remembered.
Gotta shine this thing up
And no going back now

Up to this point, things were going well. Got the rail fittings swapped, and lines ran down to this area. Got clamps on for the turn to the back of car. Should have knew things were going to well and called it a night.
Got to the tank part and needed to pop a hole in for return, easy enough. Drill hole, prep for bulkhead fitting, and le ****, I can't access that area from inside tank.
Another day, another LT1 mess.Correlation does not imply causation.

Well, gamble worked (not sure if its gonna seal up yet)
Plumbed everything up and then saw the filter, figured this was a good place for it
Need to make a heat shield over cutout but, sort of happy with routing
Mistake fitting on side of tank here
Still unsure of what to do with this loop, but ran out of steam for today and will tackle on Sunday
Hope to get some fuel in her on Sunday and check for the probable many leaks. Then maybe smack starter with hammer and hope she starts.
All in all, the ptfe stuff isn't bad to work with, hands are full of holes from the braid but thats a given.Correlation does not imply causation.

Turned out really nice. I couldn't tell very well from the pictures but, it doesn't look like the distance from the tank to the pump connection was very far from each other so, as far as your loop, that's probably the best way unless you make your own hard line.

Well, other than a leaky fuel inector O-ring, it seems to hold pressure. #success
Just need a working starter nowCorrelation does not imply causation.
