This is true about lockers in a stick...
This is true about lockers in a stick car,,,,,,,,,,,,embarassing sounding. I'd do a lighter weight 12bolt with a locker for an auto.

Yea there is 9 second cars with the 2.00" valves...
Yea there is 9 second cars with the 2.00" valves in ported stock heads which takes no seat replacement. If your goal is bigger than that you may be better off with aftermarket heads. I too am sorry...

I have just bought a 383 with dished -16cc srp pistons. They are in the hole .025 now. My heads are 55cc ported stockers.
If I deck the block to .005 deck height, use .029 gasket, on these... -

I just bought a '95 forged 383. I took off the opti and see it is a pin driven opti. Ok so that don't work for me and my '94. But, am I able to use the new msd cap and rotor on my spline drive opti?...
