The biggest thing is going to be your timing vs. map vs rpm table. Add timing in the associated tables until knock is detected, then back it off. Start at lower rpms.

Raise the enable rpm to 4400 or so. Leave the diagnostic on, I'd say. Also raise your fuel limiter and possibly lower the shift.
